Vera Bradley Coupon Code gives new meaning to “T.G.I.F.” on the first Friday of every October. That’s when the Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer hosts Tickled Pink — A Gathering of Girlfriends. Since 2004, sisters, mothers and friends have come together to celebrate their health and shared commitment to funding breast-cancer research during this special event.

This year, we rolled out the pink carpet for 387 VIPs at our corporate headquarters in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Once inside, guests were surrounded by oversized Katalina Pink blooms and the smooth sounds of the Alicia Pyle Quartet. They enjoyed bites and beverages from some of the area’s favorite caterers and restaurants, as well as a crowd-pleasing raffle and silent auction. Fun photo ops, games and treats awaited attendees around every corner.

The entire event was packed with excitement, but one moment was especially memorable. Toward the end of the night, 33 survivors and 24 team members from the Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer Research Laboratories at the Indiana University Melvin and Bren Simon Cancer Center watched as Executive Director Lynda Houk presented a check for $2.5 million, the amount the Foundation raised for the cause this year.
